Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

United States

  • Standard International Delivery: 7–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes. These timeframes begin after your order has been processed, not from the date of purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order value. We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or regions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear in the system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (including orders to the United States), customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Evry Jewels Hub has no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges, if any, may apply.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout before placing your order. Evry Jewels Hub is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing an order, please contact us at support@evryjewelshub.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to make the correction before dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or if your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us at support@evryjewelshub.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. In cases where a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
